BEFORE USING :
INFORM YOUR DOCTOR OR PHARMACIST of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine
that you are taking. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions including
kidney disorders, allergies, pregnancy, or breast-feeding.
DIRECTIONS :
Follow the directions for using Skelaxin provided by your doctor. STORE
Skelaxin at room temperature, away from heat and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE
OF Skelaxin, take it if it is within 1 hour of the missed dose. If it is
more than 1 hour since the missed dose, skip it and go back to your regular dosing
schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
CAUTIONS :
Skelaxin MAY CAUSE drowsiness or dizziness. Do not drive, operate machinery,
or do anything else that could be dangerous until you know how you react to Skelaxin. Skelaxin WILL ADD TO THE EFFECTS of alcohol and other depressants.
DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL without first discussing with your doctor. Ask your pharmacist
if you have questions about which medicines are depressants. FOR PATIENTS WITH
DIABETES MELLITUS, Skelaxin may cause false test results with some urine
glucose tests. Check with your doctor before adjusting the dose of your diabetes
medicine or changing your diet.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS :
SIDE EFFECTS, that may go away during treatment, include drowsiness, dizziness,
nausea, or nervousness. If they continue or are bothersome, check with your doctor.
If you notice any unusual effects, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
DRUG INTERACTIONS :
Drug interactions can result in unwanted side effects or prevent a medicine
from doing its job. Use our drug interaction checker to find out if your medicines

IF YOU TAKE TOO MUCH :
If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency
room immediately.

DO NOT SHARE Skelaxin with others for whom it was not prescribed. DO NOT
USE Skelaxin for other health conditions. KEEP Skelaxin out of the reach
of children.
